"Is HITECH working" That was the question posed by Vince Kuraitis, principal of Better Health Technologies, at the Mobile Health Expo in Las Vegas on Wednesday.Specifically, Kuraitis, who runs the e-CareManagement blog (e-caremanagement.com), sought to explore how the stipulations of the stimulus might alter the healthcare IT business model - changing how the technology is developed and put to use.
