Dualing surveys on accuracy, access and security: One survey says that "preventing patient data breaches is... the number one priority for healthcare IT decision makers" while another survey says "patients worry about not being able to access their paper medical records when they need them the most, placing that above concerns about whether their records contain inaccuracies or are stolen." There is a word in other languages for secondary priorities, which might roughly translate to "posteriorities". According to this survey, for some patients, accuracy and security are posteriorities when compared to access.
